Tickets Terms & Conditions
♦ The purchase of this ticket is valid for one person only and only for the date, event and seat for which it is issued, otherwise the holder will not be allowed entry.
♦ In the event that there are cross-sections and they are numbered, the position chosen is also the definitive one.
♦ Not allowed:
• Cancellation of tickets after purchase
• Changes (to another day, time or location)
• Entry to any venue after the show has started
• The entry of children under 6 years old in all areas
• Photographing, recording and filming
♦ To enter the premises, it is necessary:
• The presentation of tickets in paper or digital form during ticket control
• The presentation of ID and the necessary legally recognized documents certifying your status, if you have selected special discounted/reduced price tickets
• Switching off mobile phones
♦ For a smooth, safe and quick entry to the event spaces, it is recommended that the public arrive on time.
♦ In case of cancellation of the event due to strike, government bans, force majeure, bad weather etc., Change Creative reserves the right to change the date, time and venue of the event.
♦ In case of permanent cancellation of the event due to the responsibility of the artist or Change Creative, the tickets will be redeemed within time and from the points that Change Creative will announce with a relevant notification to the public, except in case of cancellation of the performance due to force majeure where tickets are not redeemed except after relevant notification by Change Creative through a public announcement in the media, as well as on its website.
In these cases, only the amount corresponding to the face value of the ticket will be refunded and not the additional charges per ticket as these are a fee for the provision of services which have been provided to make online sales tickets available.
- In any case, there is no refund of the price paid for the purchase of the ticket in case of interruption after 35 minutes from the start of the performance due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons of force majeure.
